Who has a pig ear sandwich recipe?
When I was going to flight school at Fort Rucker, Alabama, there was a shop in Enterprise that sold Pig Ear Sandwiches. I am sorry I never went to the shop or tried them. Last night on Dinners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, a young lady, Grandmother Lillie Gleason, owner and chef of Big Mama's Kitchen in Omaha, NE made them, but offered no recipe. Anyone have one?

lol.... i saw last night on triple D's too..... sorry, something about the looks of it just kinda grossed me out, she said she put onion , salt ,pepper, chili powder , the pigs ears, covered them with water and cooked on low for 8 hours in the crock pot....
